The O’Sullivan Building Lofts

In 1995 the O’Sullivans purchased the 1882 building originally built as a restaurant and saloon.  The downtown Tyler structure was remodeled into two retail spaces and eight loft apartments.  Upstairs features three large 1-bedroom lofts and one large 2-bedroom loft, while the basement floor has four 1-bedroom apartments
